After opening:
Refrigerate right away, keep the product covered in its original brine, and enjoy within 2β3 weeks for the best flavor and quality with a maximun opened shelf life of 6 months.
While you can freeze your tapenades well up to 3 months, we canΒ΄t say the same with the olives, they can become mushy or lose their firm, snappy texture after thawing due to the high water content and brine.
